Welcome to Help Central’s home page for New World ERP Community Development. Here you will find links to documentation and videos related to the Community Development application, as well as timely announcements when applicable.

Combined with eSuite, New World Community Development empowers citizens with self-service capabilities that reduce calls and visits from citizens and contractors. This results in fewer interruptions for employees and more time to focus on strategic activities.
With secure Web access, citizens and vendors can review information, obtain licenses and permits, print completed paperwork, schedule inspections and enter service requests online.
Announcements
- From Date and To Date fields have been added to the basic search section in Case Service (patch 2022.1.16).
 - Inspection time has been added to the date on the Inspection List/Search page and the History tab of the Inspection Details page (patch 2022.1.16).
 - A Default Licensee Service Inactive Items check box has been added to the Community Development System Settings Licensing tab to control whether the licensee search in Licensee Service includes inactive items by default (patch 2022.1.16).
 - Validation set user-defined fields have been added to Business Analytics for multiple processes (patch 2022.1.15).
 - A PermitAmount tag has been added to the Payment Received template in Email Template Setup.
